The graduated in Management of Built Environment (MBE) has an interdisciplinary preparation, able to combine technical, organizational and economic knowledge and practice in the management of complex processes involved in the conservation, enhancement and transformation of the built environment.

• Real estate companies;
• Banks, foundations, insurances and, in general, companies owning large building stocks;
• Companies and public institutions managing building stocks with different uses (dwellings, production facilities, offices, etc.);
• Facility management companies;
• Financial companies, investment banks, consultants about project financing;
• Real estate funds management companies;
• Real estate consulting companies;
• Architecture and engineering firms;
• Consulting companies.

The double degree aims to train professionals capable of strengthening the skills of an urban and territorial planner in relation to the specific sector and providing Built Environment experts with in-depth urban planning and territorial policy skills. In this way, students will become more aware of the issues related to building design, resource management, the interaction between management and technical issues at all stages of the construction cycle. In this connection, particular attention will be given to the problems of energy and urban planning, innovation management, and real estate functions.
